Mizacle LLC also operates direct-to-consumer brands and online stores, including For The Street Club, which sells keychains, apparel, and related items. Purchases from those stores are covered by the ordering sections below.

SMS Messaging Terms

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the sale is complete when we accept the order and ship it.

We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if the item is out of stock, if there was an error in the price or description, if we cannot verify the payment or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud or resale abuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Items are produced in small runs. Stock is limited and sold-out items are not guaranteed to return.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even if the order was already confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders over $100 ship free.

Delivery normally takes 7-10 days from dispatch and is tracked. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave us. Please make sure that address is correct and secure.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Product Descriptions and Images

Our items are made and finished in small batches, so colour, finish, and small details vary from piece to piece. Product photographs are representative, and screens display colour differently, so the item you receive may not match an image exactly. Variation of this kind is a feature of how the products are made and is not a defect.

We work to keep descriptions and prices accurate, but we do not warrant that all content on the site is error free.

Intellectual Property

The names, logos, artwork, product designs, photographs, and site content of Mizacle LLC and the brands it operates, including For The Street Club, belong to Mizacle LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mizacle LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.
